Read it right
No. A lower score only means caution signals appeared repeatedly in your chats and are worth a conversation. Every one of those cards ships with alternative explanations and a suggested way to talk about it. LoveLens is for communication and self-reflection — it never hands down verdicts.
No. Scores measure how much healthy-pattern evidence exists in the chats you lawfully hold — within a time window. They are not grades of people, and scores from different couples can't be compared. There is no single "relationship score" either: you see dimensions, coverage and confidence.
They're masked (names, avatars, phone numbers) before analysis, analyzed as a redacted copy, and the original files are deleted within 24 hours — or instantly if you tap delete. You can also request full deletion of your data at any time (CCPA/CPRA), and chat history can be cleared separately in one tap.
Coverage means how many dimensions have at least some evidence — not how deeply you know someone. A covered dimension can still carry low confidence. The honest state is the useful one: "needs more evidence" simply means you haven't talked it through yet.
It won't guess on unknowns, diagnose anyone, or answer "does he really love me?" without evidence. It won't generate manipulative or deceptive replies, and it won't do small talk — if a conversation is in crisis, it stops and shows real help lines (988, Crisis Text Line) immediately.
