Privacy policy

This page will contain the production privacy policy before launch. Key commitments already engineered into the product:

• Source screenshots are hard-deleted when you confirm the redacted transcript (24 hours at the latest); analysis runs only on redacted text.
• Your data is stored in the United States, never sold, and never used to train public models.
• CCPA/CPRA rights: request access (JSON export) or deletion of your data at any time from the privacy center — requests are honored and auditable.
• Chat history and memory profile have an independent lifecycle: clear them separately at any time; account deletion cascades everything within 30 days.
• Content involving minors or intimate imagery is rejected and deleted; the product is 18+ only.
• Model providers are bound by zero-data-retention terms for production (development uses a compliant exception until the launch gate).
