This page will contain the production terms before launch. Key terms already engineered into the product:

• 18+ requirement; you may only upload conversations you legally possess and are authorized to process.
• The product is for reflection and communication, not diagnosis; no medical, legal, or psychological conclusions.
• One-time purchases never auto-renew; subscriptions follow FTC Click-to-Cancel and California ARL: explicit consent before billing, reminder before trial ends, cancellation in two taps.
• Refunds: full self-serve refund within 72 hours while the final report is unviewed; crisis-blocked runs are refunded automatically.
• Credits: packs never expire. Unused credits are refundable on request; consumed credits are non-refundable. Any unused credit balance is disclosed before account deletion.
• Round quotas and windows are shown before purchase; expired unused rounds do not roll over.
